JSC "Belshina" is considering the possibility of organizing the production of rubber cable caterpillars for the needs of JSC "Minsk Tractor Works". This was announced by the general director of Belshina Andrey Bunakov. According to him, this project was discussed during a visit to the plant by Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomczyk in December 2022.
In addition, the company plans to introduce new lines of premium class passenger car and solid steel cord truck tires to the market.
According to the general director of the enterprise, such tires have improved characteristics due to the original formulation of the rubber compound for the tread, they will have a lower coefficient of rolling resistance, which will save on fuel.
When developing a line of truck tires, advanced technologies were used using new compounds, designs and tread patterns. These products are also distinguished by increased fuel efficiency and resistance to high loads.
Recall that Belshina produces more than 300 tire sizes for cars, trucks, heavy vehicles, road construction and lifting and transport machines, electric vehicles, buses, tractors and agricultural machines.
