15 May 2023

The Belarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technologies has become one of the points for passing the centralized exam in Russian and Belarusian languages for students of schools in the Oktyabrsky district of the city of Mogilev.

From the very morning, the university is very busy - graduates, along with their escorts, arrive at a certain time. Each delegation has its own, it is necessary in order not to create a large crowd of people and allow the organizers to more efficiently distribute the flow of donors.

Thus, students of secondary school No. 18 of Mogilev were among the first to arrive for the exam. The guys came to the university on foot - the weather is good, the school is nearby, and the walk helped to calm the anxiety a little. The exam from this school will be taken by 50 graduates, 41 of them are taking Russian, 9 - Belarusian. “Children are worried and we are with them. But they are the best with us, and therefore everyone will pass today's exam successfully, - Svetlana Yakimenko, deputy director for academic work at secondary school No. 18, is sure . - Our guys got together on time today, they came in a good mood, but, of course, everyone has excitement. The school administration, teachers, all said words of parting words and support to them.”

Mikhail Krolovetsky, a student of secondary school No. 18, is taking Russian today. “I have not yet decided on the university, I will look at the number of points. Of course, there is a big plus in this format of the exam - you shot back once and you don’t worry anymore. But today, of course, I'm worried. Nevertheless, everyone tries to be collected and in a good mood. We have been preparing for more than one year, the teachers helped, gave us all the necessary knowledge for the exam to be successful, - the graduate shared. - It's very exciting to be the first. We kind of open a centralized exam for the next generations of graduates. I went to a rehearsal exam, everything was explained to us there and told. But today you are still a little nervous. It is not clear how everything will go there, how it will turn out. But the school and family are very supportive of us.”

Together with Mikhail, Daria Protasova from secondary school No. 18 came to the exam. Today she is also taking Russian. “I want to be a lawyer, and therefore, based on the results of all exams, I will consider humanitarian universities for admission,” she said. - At the rehearsal centralized exam, we were shown that in fact everything is not as scary as it seems right away. Now I'm not too worried. We were trained very intensively in the Russian language lessons and electives at school, in addition, I studied with a tutor. I am confident in my knowledge. And I'm not afraid. Because today I passed the Russian language once - and that's it, you're done. We can move on."

After that, the guys went to take their places in the classrooms.

Another delegation of graduates is from secondary school No. 41 of Mogilev. The guys arrived at the Belarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technologies in a good mood. Among those who pass the Belarusian language today is a student of secondary school No. 41 of Mogilev Victoria Filippova . She is in contention for the gold medal. “I'm a little worried, but I think everything will be fine. I'm taking the Belarusian language. I have been going to Olympiads in this subject since the fifth grade. And it seems to me that it is much easier and simpler than Russian, - the schoolgirl shared. - The whole school is very supportive of us, they set us up before the exam. I have not yet decided where exactly I will do, but I want to connect my life with an economic profile. Therefore, the second subject at the CE will be mathematics, and the CT in English.

Today, more than 530 students have registered for the centralized exam at the Belarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technologies. More than 1.7 thousand schoolchildren were registered in the city for the centralized exam. In total, almost 6,000 graduates registered for the centralized exam in the Mogilev region. There are 24 points for passing the exam in the region.
