The regional competition of folklore and folk song ensembles "From century to century" will be held tomorrow in the Cherikov region. The vociferous lads and girls will "spyavatsya" on the site of the Cherikov Regional House of Culture. By tradition, the competition becomes part of the annual regional holiday "Bryazgun", which is revered here from time immemorial.

The “Bryazgun” rite itself will take place in a picturesque forest glade, where pilgrims and guests will gather to pray in front of the icon, wish themselves and their loved ones health, happiness, well-being, draw water from a life-giving spring, and plunge into fonts.
