Sergey Savitsky spoke about the need to once again monitor all land plots on the territory of rural settlements: “It is necessary to restore order where the land is public. In other cases, there is an owner. It is also necessary to be able to establish contact and work with him. Without fuss, take plot after plot and restore order. If there is such an opportunity, involve the land in circulation. To have an effect. Land should not stand idle if it can generate income.”

With regards to regional road services, according to the first deputy, attention should be paid to roadside lanes. It is necessary not only to monitor the garbage collection, but also to remove bushes and trees that litter the territory in a timely manner. Where possible, give an order to bring the land into circulation. Responsible services were instructed to pay attention to the fencing of agricultural and all state social facilities in rural areas, the condition of the territory, facades, and information plates on buildings. The issue of housing and communal services and water supply is no less relevant - container sites must be maintained in order. Clutter along the roads should be controlled and promptly removed. An integrated approach should be organized to the problem of demolition of empty objects.

“Nothing needs to be invented. It is only necessary not to be indifferent and not to pass by the existing problems, - Sergei Savitsky expressed his opinion. “No one but us can fix them. This is just our task. Regional and district services should pay close attention to this.”
