Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the dialogue between Minsk and Manila has been based on friendship, mutual respect and trust, the head of state noted.
"I am confident that we will continue to build on the positive trends in bilateral ties, including in industrial cooperation, mechanical engineering, electric transport, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, science and education and enhancing business partnership," the president stressed.
