More than 20 new dishes and drinks will appear in the menu of five Mstislavsky district schools

Starting from September 1, five Mstislavsky district schools will introduce new approaches to catering for schoolchildren, writes mstlife.by with reference to the education department of the district executive committee. School meals are organized in a new way in Mstislavl secondary school and gymnasium, Riazantsevskaya, Khodosovskaya and Mazolovskaya schools.
For this purpose, a material and technical base has been created, and technological maps of cooking have been developed. Children will be offered more than 20 new dishes and drinks. These are potatoes "Golden slices", pancakes "Fish Fantasy", " Frittata like at home "(omelette with vegetables), cocoa "Cheburashka", cocoa drink "Hot Chocolate", etc. Thursday will be devoted to Belarusian cuisine.
The meal time will remain the same: 2-2. 5 hours after the start of classes.
It should be recalled that a pilot project on organizing school meals was conducted in the republic last academic year. Its participants were 17 urban schools and gymnasiums and six schools located in rural areas. It has been tested for new cooking technologies and principles of catering for schoolchildren and has been approved for phased use in general secondary education institutions.
