More than 6.5 thousand students are planning to improve their health in the Mogilev region during the spring holidays. For them, 264 health camps with day stay will be organized on the basis of general secondary education institutions, said Irina Kuskova, deputy head of the main department for education of the regional executive committee.
“Spring holidays will last from March 26 to April 2, during this period one of the main tasks of educational, cultural and sports institutions is the organization of meaningful leisure for children and adolescents,” said Irina Kuskova. - Special attention will be paid to the formation of a healthy lifestyle among young people through sports games, sportlands and competitions, the study of traffic rules and fire safety, and preventive measures. Talks on the psychological support of the child, games for rallying and revealing the bright individual qualities of students are also planned. For example, in the Kruglyansky district there will be a regional tournament on intellectual games “Know. Understand. To have an opinion".
During the holidays, associations of interest will continue to operate both on the basis of educational institutions and in institutions of culture and sports. Intra-school and regional events, sports and health holidays in the open air, visits to museums are planned. Thus, schoolchildren from Shklov will visit the regional museum of local history at the ethnographic lesson “Belarusian House” and get acquainted with the exhibition “Snipers of the Great Victory”. For young readers of libraries there will be hours of local history and local history competitions, lessons of folk art and much more.
Representatives of the military-patriotic clubs will visit the regional patriotic center on the basis of the Mogilev Regional Cadet School. Measures are planned for career guidance and labor education, including within the framework of the implementation of the regional project “#Maya_Zyamlya_Prydnyaproўe”. According to a separate schedule, a visit to the Center for Life Safety and Interaction with the Public of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Mogilev will be organized.
