On April 21 , the Mogilev regional organization of the Communist Party of Belarus, headed by First Secretary Mikhail Zhudro , took part in the Extraordinary XIV Congress of the Party. The event took place in Minsk.
The delegation of the Mogilev region included 32 representatives of the party of different ages, professions, hobbies. Among them are deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Syrankov and Lyudmila Zdorikova , heads of departments, departments of structural subdivisions of the city district executive committees, management of educational and cultural institutions of the Mogilev region, representatives of veterans and youth associations. All members of the Mogilev organization are united by a common desire to work together, implement projects and change the life around them.
There were many invited guests at the Congress, representatives of the Communist Parties of Russia, China, Hungary, Portugal, and Cuba. Gennady Zyuganov, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, was invited to the Presidium of the Congress. On this day, 241 delegates from all regions and the city of Minsk arrived in the capital.
The program of work of the Congress provided for two questions “On the new edition of the Charter of the Communist Party of Belarus” and “On the organization of work on the preparation and implementation of the procedure for re-registration of the Communist Party of Belarus”. During the work, important resolutions were adopted on the approval of the Charter of the Communist Party of Belarus, as well as effective measures aimed at the further development of the party.
