At the Plenum of the Council of the FPB held in Minsk, the initiative of the Mogilev regional organization of the Belarusian trade union of workers of local industry and municipal enterprises “Everybody's Business”, dedicated to the Year of Peace and Creation, was supported. The corresponding decision is recorded in the decision of the Plenum on the issue of strengthening solidarity and unity of action of trade unions.
Recall that the patriotic initiative "Everyone's Cause", which was launched by the regional organization of the trade union in January of this year, does not limit the format of participation in specific events. In one case, this may be putting things in order and landscaping objects associated with the heroic and tragic pages of the Great Patriotic War, other significant events in the life of a particular region or republic, famous fellow countrymen. In the other, it is the familiarization of members of labor collectives with the rich history of their native land, its culture through tourism and local history work, holding events with veterans of enterprises, youth, updating corners and mini-museums in organizations. Thus, "Everyone's Cause" is an opportunity for primary trade union organizations, all members of the sectoral trade union to make their own contribution to the common cause of peace and creation.
As noted by the chairman of the regional organization of the sectoral trade union Pavel Zhuikov , creative search, initiative, which have always been characteristic of real trade union leaders, were fully realized during the initiative:
– Let's take, for example, the regional patriotic action “Our Constitution”, which has become an integral part of the “Everyone's Cause” initiative. In March, we proposed to the primary trade union organizations to coincide with the Constitution Day a number of events: holding meetings dedicated to the Basic Law of the country, decorating patriotic corners, posting relevant information on trade union stands and stands of organizations.
Yulia Yakovleva , chairman of the primary trade union organization, presented the young workers of the enterprise with books with the text of the updated Basic Law of the country at the ZhREU of the Leninsky district of Mogilev. In Kostyukovichi, Irina Sidorenko, chairman of the primary organization of the housing and communal services organization , together with trade union activist Natalya Drobyshevaprepared a thematic platform "Chronicle of the War Years", which was demonstrated during the celebration of the 78th anniversary of the Great Victory in the regional center. The location was awarded first place in a regional competition. And at the Mogilev road and bridge enterprise, as the chairman of the primary trade union organization Violetta Korzhova said, Patriot Day was held as part of the regional initiative. They decorated the entrance group and the internal premises of the enterprise with state symbols - flags and inflatable red and green balloons. Before the start of work, the activist in the national costume on duty met the workers and visitors of the enterprise. The solemn atmosphere was complemented by musical compositions by Belarusian authors.
- These are concrete living examples of the proactive participation of trade union activists in the implementation of our common affairs. Over the first half of this year, more than 1,000 trade union members have already joined the initiative. This result is largely due to systematic work and a favorable environment for the manifestation of healthy initiatives of the trade union activists, formed in our branch trade union and the regional association of trade unions of the Mogilev region, Pavel Zhuikov is sure.
