The meeting of the head of the Department of Culture of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Zhigun with young specialists took place at the Palace of Culture of the region.
Alexander Nikolayevich, together with novice specialists who work in the field of culture, discussed the issues of working and living conditions for young personnel, talked about the first difficulties in the workplace and in relationships with the new team, and also shared his experience with the guys and gave useful advice regarding professional implementation.
