A big holiday is organized by rescuers for the anniversary of the fire service in Mogilev

A big holiday is organized by rescuers on July 25 in Mogilev for the 170th anniversary of the fire service. This was reported in the Mogilev regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

On this day, the cycle of festive events will be opened by the ceremony of taking the oath by young employees of the bodies and units for emergency situations of the Mogilev region, which will be held at 16.00 on Glory Square. This will be followed by an awards ceremony for the best rescuers in the region.

The holiday will continue on the Unity Square, where the rescuers will march from the Square of Glory along one of the central streets of the city.

At 17.20 on Unity Square a big celebration starts. An exhibition of retro equipment and modern emergency equipment will be prepared for the guests. A play area and a variety of playgrounds will be organized for children, where they can be a real rescuer and save the victim, play fire basketball, try their hand at life safety board games and much more.

Also, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will hold demonstration performances, during which they will show rescue at heights, the elimination of the consequences of an accident.

A master class on first aid, themed photo zones, life-size puppets and a concert - all this was prepared for the guests by the region's rescuers.

Entrance to the festival is free.
