Belarus, Venezuela to develop cooperation in civil aviation

Belarus and Venezuela will develop cooperation in civil aviation, Venezuelan Vice President for Planning Ricardo Menendez said as he met with Director of the Aviation Department of the Belarusian Transport and Communications Ministry Artem Sikorsky, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian department.

The main topic of the talks was the interaction between the countries in the field of civil aviation. The parties have outlined comprehensive measures to promote cooperation between the two countries in various areas of civil aviation.

On behalf of Venezuela, the meeting was attended by Transport Minister and chief of the state-run airline Conviasa Ramon Velasquez Araguayan, President of the Venezuela National Institute of Civil Aviation Juan Manuel Teixeira Diaz, and Ambassador of Venezuela to Belarus Franklin Ramirez Araque.
