Vice PM Petkevich to represent Belarus in EAEU, CIS

Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Natalya Petkevich has been appointed Bealrus’ representative in the EEC Council and the EAEU and Belarus’ national coordinator on CIS matters. President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed corresponding decree No.208 on 22 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The document has been adopted in order to ensure representation and protection of the country's interests within the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States, realization of the state policy in the relevant avenues.
